Black Friday & Cyber Monday Offer Terms

These terms apply to Uxcel’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotional offers for individual customers. By purchasing an offer, you agree to these terms in addition to the Uxcel Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, these terms control for this promotion.

1) Overview

Offer window: November 28, 2025 00:00:00 UTC to December 5, 2025 23:59:59 UTC
Early access: Uxcel may grant waitlist users early or extended access using unique links or codes
Offers cannot be combined with other discounts and have no cash value
Subject to availability and applicable laws in your country or state

2) Eligibility

Individuals only. You must be the age of majority in your country
Not available to businesses or customers on Uxcel Teams plans
Existing Pro subscribers may be allowed to purchase at Uxcel’s discretion. No refunds or prorations apply to an active subscription. You may defer activation until your current term ends
Limit one promotional purchase per person unless stated otherwise

3) Offer A: 62.5% Off Pro (first year)

Discount: 62.5% off the first year of Uxcel Pro for new or eligible returning individual customers
Quantity cap: limited to the first 1,000 claims. Uxcel may extend the cap at its discretion
Renewal: after the first year, the plan renews at the then current standard price unless you cancel before renewal. The renewal price is shown at checkout and on the pricing page and will be communicated in renewal notices where required by law
Refunds: 14 day money back guarantee from the purchase date. After day 14, no refunds are available
Certificate condition: if within the first 14 days the account receives at least one course certificate or one professional certification, any refund is at Uxcel’s discretion
Availability: for individual customers only. Not for business or Teams use

4) Offer B: Lifetime Pro (one time price)

Price: 299 USD. Taxes and currency conversion may apply at checkout
Definition of Lifetime: access to the Uxcel Pro plan for as long as Uxcel makes the Pro plan, or a materially equivalent consumer plan, generally available. Features and content may change over time. No service level or feature continuity is guaranteed
Service changes and company events: if Uxcel discontinues the Pro plan, ceases operations, or undergoes a corporate transaction that retires the Pro plan without an equivalent consumer offering, Uxcel will have no ongoing obligations for Lifetime Pro. Uxcel may, at its sole discretion, offer a reasonable substitute or goodwill remedy. No such remedy is promised or required
Non transferable: the Lifetime Pro benefit is tied to a single user account and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred
Abuse: if Uxcel reasonably suspects account sharing, resale, automated scraping, or other misuse, Uxcel may suspend or terminate access with no further obligation
Refunds: 30 day money back guarantee from the purchase date. After day 30, no refunds are available
Certificate condition: if within the first 30 days the account receives at least one course certificate or one professional certification, any refund is at Uxcel’s discretion
Availability: for individual customers only. Not for business or Teams use

Important: Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the service offering as described above, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

5) Early access and extensions

Waitlist participants may receive early access links, extended access, or unique codes
Early access purchases are subject to the same terms, including refund rules and usage restrictions

6) How to redeem

Redeem on the Uxcel website or app during the offer window using the published link or code
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our authorized payment processors
Taxes and currency conversion may apply and are shown at checkout where possible

7) Refunds, withdrawals, and cancellations

Global refunds: Offer A has a 14 day money back guarantee. Offer B has a 30 day money back guarantee. After the respective period, no refunds are available
Certificate condition: during the applicable guarantee period, if at least one course certificate or one professional certification is issued on the account, any refund is at Uxcel’s discretion
EU and UK withdrawal rights: for distance purchases of digital content and services, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days unless you choose to start access immediately. If you request immediate access, you will be asked to provide express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the statutory withdrawal right once performance begins. This consent is captured at checkout
Auto renewal for Offer A: the plan renews at the standard price unless canceled before renewal. You can cancel online in Account settings under Billing. Renewal notices are sent where required by law

8) Misuse and fraud

Uxcel may refuse, limit, or cancel orders that show signs of abuse, resale, coupon stacking, or fraud
Uxcel may request identity verification where reasonable
Chargebacks filed after material use of the service may result in account suspension

9) Changes and end of promotion

Uxcel may modify or end the promotion at any time during the window where permitted by law. Changes do not affect completed purchases
If codes or links are published in error, Uxcel may void erroneous offers and cancel unredeemed orders with a full refund

10) Data and privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Uxcel Privacy Policy
Marketing emails and reminders are optional and consent based where required

11) Conflicts and precedence

If these terms conflict with the general Terms of Service, these terms control for the promotion. All other Terms of Service provisions remain in effect.

12) Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence will still apply.

Definitions

Pro plan

The individual consumer subscription tier marketed as Uxcel Pro at the time of purchase. Features and content may change over time.

Lifetime

Access for as long as Uxcel makes the Pro plan, or a materially equivalent consumer plan, generally available. If Pro is discontinued, or Uxcel ceases operations, Uxcel has no ongoing obligations for Lifetime Pro. Any substitute or goodwill remedy is at Uxcel’s discretion.
