Building trust through three key areas – alignment, collaboration and communication. He joined the experience design team at Sage in 2023 and shares working frameworks that have helped him in past experiences and when leading teams in his current role. Lee is quite active within the design community, running Design Clubs for children in schools and is the founder of Natter, a design community in his hometown of Manchester.
