These terms apply to Uxcel’s Lifetime Access promotional offers for individual customers, including limited-time campaigns such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday. By purchasing an offer, you agree to these terms in addition to the Uxcel Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, these terms control for Lifetime Access promotions.
Lifetime Access promotions are offered for limited periods, with availability dates communicated at the time of the offer.
Uxcel may grant early or extended access to certain users, including waitlist participants, using unique links or codes.
Offers cannot be combined with other discounts and have no cash value.
All offers are subject to availability and applicable laws in your country or state.
Individuals only. You must be the age of majority in your country.
Not available to businesses or customers on Uxcel Teams plans.
Existing subscribers may be allowed to purchase at Uxcel’s discretion. No refunds or prorations apply to an active subscription. You may defer activation until your current term ends, where applicable.
Limit one promotional Lifetime Access purchase per person unless stated otherwise.
Pricing for Lifetime Access is communicated at checkout or in the official offer presented to you and may vary by campaign, region, or currency. Taxes and currency conversion may apply and are shown at checkout where possible.
Lifetime refers to access to the Uxcel Pro plan for as long as Uxcel makes the Pro plan, or a materially equivalent consumer plan, generally available. Features and content may change over time. No service level or feature continuity is guaranteed.
If Uxcel discontinues the Pro plan, ceases operations, or undergoes a corporate transaction that retires the Pro plan without an equivalent consumer offering, Uxcel will have no ongoing obligations for Lifetime Access. Uxcel may, at its sole discretion, offer a reasonable substitute or goodwill remedy. No such remedy is promised or required.
Lifetime Access is tied to a single user account and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred.
If Uxcel reasonably suspects account sharing, resale, automated scraping, or other misuse, Uxcel may suspend or terminate access with no further obligation.

If within the first 30 days the account receives at least one course certificate or one professional certification, any refund is at Uxcel’s discretion.

Waitlist participants may receive early access links, extended access, or unique codes.
Early access purchases are subject to the same terms, including refund rules and usage restrictions.
Redeem on the Uxcel website or app during the applicable offer window using the published link or code.
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our authorized payment processors.
Taxes and currency conversion may apply and are shown at checkout where possible.
Global refunds: Lifetime Access offers have a 30 day money back guarantee. After the applicable period, no refunds are available.
Certificate condition: during the applicable guarantee period, if at least one course certificate or one professional certification is issued on the account, any refund is at Uxcel’s discretion.
EU and UK withdrawal rights: for distance purchases of digital content and services, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days unless you choose to start access immediately. If you request immediate access, you will be asked to provide express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the statutory withdrawal right once performance begins. This consent is captured at checkout.
Uxcel may refuse, limit, or cancel orders that show signs of abuse, resale, coupon stacking, or fraud.
Uxcel may request identity verification where reasonable.
Chargebacks filed after material use of the service may result in account suspension.
Uxcel may modify or end a Lifetime Access promotion at any time during the applicable window where permitted by law. Changes do not affect completed purchases.
If codes or links are published in error, Uxcel may void erroneous offers and cancel unredeemed orders with a full refund.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Uxcel Privacy Policy.
Marketing emails and reminders are optional and consent based where required.
If these terms conflict with the general Terms of Service, these terms control for Lifetime Access promotions. All other Terms of Service provisions remain in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence will still apply.

The individual consumer subscription tier marketed as Uxcel Pro at the time of purchase. Features and content may change over time.
Lifetime
Access for as long as Uxcel makes the Pro plan, or a materially equivalent consumer plan, generally available. If Pro is discontinued, or Uxcel ceases operations, Uxcel has no ongoing obligations for Lifetime Access. Any substitute or goodwill remedy is at Uxcel’s discretion.
