About me

I'm a developer with a knack for people and business. After 10+ years inside startups doing support, product, sales, marketing, and leading cross-functional teams, today I'm a business alignment consultant.

What I learned is that most go-to-market problems aren't execution problems. They're strategy problems. And strategy needs logic and structure, almost like an algorithm — your product, sales, and marketing have to align before any of it produces results.
